Great product. Received it quickly. If you're looking for a looser, relaxed fit like the one in the photo, I'd suggest going one size up. I ordered a Large like I typically do, but it came a little snug (before wash).

The customer service responded ASAP and facilitated a quick and easy swap for a larger size. Love that.

Also, just FYI for everyone, this hoodie isn't a plush, soft-to-the-touch material. I thought it looked like it was a thicker, softer material in the photos; but it's really just a typical cotton hoodie.

Good quality, I'd say it's represented accurately online, I just misunderstood what I was ordering (since its a thinner, rougher material, I sized up; but if it were a softer, thicker material, I might've been okay at a Large).

Great quality, I just wish the sleeves were a bit longer since I'm tall (6'3"). It would be even better if there were tall versions.
